Caroline is a really old friend of mine, we date all the way back to an elementary school sailing camp where we met! So when she asked me to photograph her backyard wedding on her father’s property, I didn’t have to think twice about saying yes. We met as youngins and reconnected when we went to high school together. Cue far too many insane adventures to list in a blog post. We went our separate ways for college but I watched her relationship with Alex blossom from afar. It was so easy to tell she was in love!
Caroline is a super creative gal (one of the reasons I gravitated towards her in high school) and she did all of the calligraphy for her wedding. She use to work for a florist AND a tent company so she crafted the most magical, detailed backyard wedding ever. Plus the evening ended with a special appearance from Elton John…
